Unison Supported MCUs and Versions

Unison version 4.0 is the current open source version.  Unison 4.1 is the current commercial version.  Even though these version numbers are close,  version 4.1 has a huge increase in features and could easily have been called 5.0.

Unison has been ported to many MCUs but not all are released for commercial consumption yet.  The MCUs commercially released are: R32C, SH2A, SH2AFPU, PIC32,  and ARM Cortex M3 from multiple vendors.  These ports cover thousands of MCUs and thousands more are a very easy port of the chip support package.

Other existing ports which require testing are: Coldfire, SHARC, TMS320C40, and MC68K.  Ports in progress include Altera NIOS, H8, H8S, H8SX and other proprietary ports.

Hardware and tools are available to volenteers willing to do ports.  Test suites are proprietary RoweBots property.

If you need a port, you can get a commercial port for the cost of a single product license, and have the single product license included in the fee - essentially a new port.

If you want to do a port yourself, sign up for a porting project by contacting us and everyone will have access after it completes testing.
